これからもますます意欲的に伸びていかれることを心から願っています。

Fifty years! You have truly stepped into an extraordinarily demanding world. Orchestras that continue for half a century are exceedingly rare. You should take great pride in this achievement—and, moreover, you have sustained performances worthy of that pride over many years.
